It's not the first time someone's accused him of that before. But no, he's there. In fact, there's a cut on his lip from where someone tossed a can of tomatoes at him earlier. The dude had run off fast enough when the pantry complained about the mistreatment, though. He focuses, and manages to mostly appear. He's a bit on the translucent side visibly, but physically, he's perfectly solid. And yes, he's hiding alone in the cupboard in the dark. It's probably not the adult reaction, but fuck it. He's not an adult yet. And he doesn't have a reason to try to be, anymore.

Peace, the kid Stan's been taking care of since the bombing. He smuggled her up here, he'd been keeping her as much a secret as he could, but she's gone, right now, she's gone like she was never here. It wasn't long after the AI said radiation levels back on Earth were normal.
As for the other, just a little! It's okay. Some of us haven't had so many big secrets since our friends announced them on network last year. (Though it's funny, not so many people seem to have read that, so I'm kind of lucky!)

He lifts a hand, glance at-no, through- it, and then lifts his eyes to where Collette sits. Okay, yeah. So he's only halfway to visible. She's kind of right.

He's not too sure about that. It's dark and small but cavernous. A little musky maybe but not too bad. He's got a little perch cleared between the canned goods now. It's homey. He could stay in there all day. Maybe with the door closed. It's peaceful like that, between meal rushes. There's really no reason to come out.

"I think it was comforting for him, too, 'cause of the locks and everything. If you want, you can borrow my room for a while. I'm the only one in there anyway, so it's not like anyone's going to disturb you there, either, and I've got a totally awesome lap blanket I'm willing to share that makes you feel all warm and comfortable, almost safe."

"'Cause I don't think anyone really deserves to be alone without at least a lap blanket to help keep them warm. You know?" She changes what she says as she says it, adding on to the end because it is something people like. Even Collette likes her solitude -- it's just hard to guess when.
Low pressure, it makes sense! I don't talk a lot about who I date either. Anyway, I'm so happy for you guys!

Caesar's doing well! He's not been so happy with all the people fighting each other lately, he thinks it's really dumb.

Thinking maybe they don't matter anymore, I guess? At the same time it's like, should we all have big secrets if they keep us from working together? I don't mind that people could know I can morph, if they read back and stuff, because what if that's useful and can help one day? But, um, my thoughts on a lot of these kinds of things aren't really ones people agree with. Like the whole secret identity thing here hurts more than it helps, stuff like that.
